I have a
live trap and baited it with a
peanut butter sandwich, apples, and salt , which still has not proven effective in trapping a
porcupine.
Try a sponge or cloth soaked in very salty water. This a a good bait for live traps. Relocated porcupines have a very poor chance of survival. If you choose to relocate it, 25 miles is the minimum distance. |
