I have some woodpeckers that are making a mess of the side of my house. What
can be done to get rid of them or to discourage them from doing this damage?
Also, why are they doing this in the first place?
They may be pecking in to carpenter bee tunnels in the wood trying to eat the bee larvae.
Spraying Demon WP into the carpenter bee holes and on the wood in the spring will discourage the bees from attacking the
wood. This in turn will discourage wood peckers.
