RAT AND MOUSE BAITS:USE TIPS AND INFORMATION

2. Use only fresh mouse baits-
3. Rotate the active ingredients of the rodenticides
4. With any rodent bait, once control is achieved, it's a good idea to continue with a preventative mouse baiting program with a chosen bait.
   (*This is especially important on farms and other areas where there is a good chance of reinfestation.)
5. Permanent, tamper-proof bait stations(with a rodenticide) placed around homes and buildings will take care of any incoming rodents before they can become a problem, by dwelling inside.
6. Remember, if there is a lot of other food available or too few bait stations, or not enough bait set out for a long enough time, you will not get good control. You will need to be more aggresive.
   To be most effective, bait stations must be placed where the rodents can easily get to them.

Fastrac Mouse and Rat Bait: Blox, Pellets and Seed

Effective on both mice and rats, new Fastrac kills in one to two days, even hours in some instances. Mouse generally prefer the seed form of bait.
And because rodents stop feeding after eating a lethal dose, more rodents can be controlled with less bait.
The rat and mice may consume a lethal dose in a single feeding with first dead rodents appearing one or two
days after bait consumption.

• This bait does not have an antidote.
  It would be important to keep non-targeted animals away from this bait or use.

  animal would take to receive a lethal dose. Due to the stop-feed qualities of Fastrac, the placement
  quantities should be extremely small.
  
  Secondary poisoning( e.g., a dog consuming the carcasses of rodents poisoned by Fastrac) does not readily occur with bromethalin.

Final Blox and Pellets

FINAL RAT /MOUSE BAIT combines Bell's highly palatable bait formulation with the powerful active ingredient, Brodifacoum, for the strongest, single-feeding anticoagulant on the market today.

FINAL is effective on both rats and mice. It works especially well to clean out persistent mouse infestations where control is difficult or resistance is suspected.

Quintox Seed

Quintox Rat and Mouse Seed Bait: active ingredient,
Choelcalciferol known as Vitamin D₃. Secondary poisoning( e.g., a dog consuming the carcasses of rodents poisoned by Quintox) does not occur.

Like Fastrac Rodent Bait there is no direct antidote for this product. Suggested use would be inside Tamper Proof Bait Stations to insure protection for domestic animals.

Unlike anticoagulants, once a rodent eats a lethal dose of QUNITOX, all feeding stops. The toxicant mobilizes calcium from the rodent's bones into its bloodstream, producing hypercalcemia and heart failure.

Since birds don't have bone marrow this product is the best choice for use around birds of prey (Eagles and Hawks).
