Talstar One /Bifen IT Works For:

Talstar Insecticide or Bifen IT work to control insect pests and mites indoors, in interiors capes and outdoors on ornamentals and lawns in landscaped areas around residential , institutional, public, commercial and industrial buildings, parks, recreational areas and athletic fields.

Talstar One and Bifen IT are safe towards non-target animals such as birds, reptiles and mammals.

For indoors and outdoors:

Talstar One/Bifen IT can last up to 6 months outside. Talstar Insecticide or Bifen IT is very effective on Japanese Beetles, clover mites ants, fleas(outside), ticks, spiders , scorpions, roaches,millipedes, earwigs,army worms, mealy bugs, mites, grasshoppers, pill bugs, cutworms, sod webworms, weevils,leaf miners, box elder bugs, bees , wasps, sow bugs, crickets, and turf and ornamental pests.

Talstar One or Bifen IT multi-insecticides are water based and contain no alpha cyano group. That means you can use Talstar or Bifen inside and out.

RECOMMENDED MEASURES OF CONTROL WITH TALSTAR ONE INSECTICIDE OR BIFEN IT :

MOLE CRICKETS

Mole cricket nymphs are wingless but look like small adults. The nymphs can become very numerous and cause great damage to your grass during the warm summer months. Control methods aimed at eliminating mole cricket nymphs yield the best results, simply because they easier to kill than adults.

Treatments for mole crickets usually include a thorough treatment of the infested area with a residual insecticide such as Talstar One Residual Insecticide or Talstar Granules/ Bifen Granules

Mole cricket treatment should be timed to kill immature (nymphs) which do the most damage to turf grasses.
In the Southern coastal states treat with Talstar during the latter end of April or beginning of May.

In the Carolina coastal area toward the end of May is a good time for Talstar One Insecticide application.

It would be more advantageous to treat the immature stages rather than the adult stages with Talstar One Insecticide.

You will want to treat with Talstar One the younger stages that do the damage to the turf, so timing is critical when applying Talstar insecticide.
